Housekeeper Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in private residential housekeeping or high-end hospitality
- Deep knowledge of cleaning chemistry and care for luxury materials
- Absolute discretion and commitment to privacy
- High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, climb stairs, and remain active during shift
- Must pass a comprehensive background check and provide excellent professional references
- Bilingual: Must be able to speak English and Spanish
Housekeeper Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Perform daily and deep cleaning throughout the home
- Wash, steam, and iron laundry; handle delicate fabrics and manage professional dry cleaning
- Organize closets, drawers, and storage spaces; rotate linens and maintain a tidy pantry and refrigerator
- Monitor household inventory and prepare shopping lists or restock supplies as needed
- Assist with meal preparation or light cooking when requested
- Receive deliveries, supervise vendors, and occasionally assist with pet care or plant maintenance
