We are seeking a KM/SOUS Chef to join our team! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and dedicate time to expanding our well-established, family-owned farm-to-table restaurant. You will work with the Corporate Executive Chef and General Manager to:
Kitchen Manager/ Chef Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations and ensure recipe adherence
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders within budget
- Check the freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Recruit, hire, train, and retain a top-notch culinary team
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests
Kitchen Manager/ Chef Qualifications:
- Minimum 5-year experience in culinary arts, cooking, in a supervisory capacity
- Solid Tenure and Career progression
- Knowledge of cost and labor systems
- Superior communication skills, with a passion for people development
- Passion for food and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership qualities and Professional image
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
