A globally recognized luxury hospitality group is seeking an Executive Chef to lead its culinary operations. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional cuisine while upholding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
This is a hands-on leadership position for a chef who thrives in a high-performance environment and is passionate about team development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Develop and execute menus aligned with brand standards
- Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all offerings
- Oversee food production for daily service, private events, and special functions
- Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health compliance standards
- Manage food cost, labor, purchasing, and inventory control
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team
- Partner with front-of-house leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
- 5+ years in a senior culinary leadership role
- Experience in high-volume and/or luxury hospitality environments
- Strong financial acumen with food and labor cost management
- Expertise in BOH systems, inventory, and kitchen operations
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
