Restaurant Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in restaurant leadership
- Experience managing full-service and casual dining concepts
- Culinary and kitchen experience required
- Excellent integrity and character
- Professional demeanor with excellent leadership capabilities
- Hands-on leadership style
- Exceptional integrity, work ethic and a positive mindset
Restaurant Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills:
- No more than 3 jobs in the last 10 years
- Knowledge of liquor, beer and wine programs
- Experience with cost control with product and labor
- Experience with training and mentoring
