We’re looking for a hands-on Senior Accountant to support financial operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role sits directly at the plant and plays a key part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, cost control, and operational support.
What You’ll Do
- Own the month-end close process
- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
- Support inventory and cost accounting
- Analyze variances and manufacturing costs
- Partner with plant leadership to drive performance
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and audits
What You Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- 4+ years of accounting experience
- Manufacturing or plant accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory
- ERP experience (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills
