We are seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations within a plant-based environment. This role is responsible for overseeing the full accounting cycle, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and partnering with operations to drive financial visibility and performance.

Responsibilities
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Analyze financial results, trends, and variances
- Partner with plant leadership to support operational performance
- Oversee inventory and cost accounting processes
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
- Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls
- Collaborate cross-functionally with AP, AR, and finance teams
- Support audit activities and financial compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or plant-based environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of general ledger, financial reporting, and month-end close
- Experience with inventory and/or cost accounting strongly preferred
- Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
