Are you a hands-on hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment? We are seeking an experienced Director of Food & Beverage to lead and elevate all dining and event operations at our private golf club.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a multi-outlet operation, build a strong team culture, and deliver exceptional experiences for our members and guests.
What You’ll Do
As the Director of Food & Beverage, you will oversee all aspects of the club’s dining and beverage operations, including:
- Full-service clubhouse restaurant and bar
- Snack shack and beverage cart operations
- Banquets, tournaments, and private events
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, training, and developing a large, seasonal team
- Driving service excellence and consistency across all outlets
- Managing day-to-day operations with a hands-on approach
- Partnering with the events/sales team to execute successful functions
- Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in food & beverage (private club, resort, or high-volume hospitality preferred)
- Strong operational and financial acumen (budgeting, labor management, cost controls)
- A “lead from the floor” management style
- Ability to manage multiple outlets and priorities simultaneously
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Comfortable working 55–60 hours per week, including weekends and holidays

- Club hours:
- Monday–Saturday: 11 AM – 9 PM
- Sunday: 10 AM – 8 PM
