Social Media Manager & Content Developer
Remote, Florida Required

Salary: $65,000 per year
Our Tampa, Fla.-based digital marketing agency is seeking a Social Media Manager & Content Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. Our clients are primarily B2B, with a strong focus on the architecture, engineering, and construction industry, building product manufacturers, electrical sectors, and other technical industries.
Responsibilities
- Plan, write, schedule, and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms based on client needs
- Create platform-specific content aligned with audience, brand voice, and client goals
- Build and maintain content calendars using Planable or similar social media planning tools
- Develop written content across blogs, white papers, LinkedIn newsletters, website copy, e-newsletters, and other digital and marketing materials
- Optimize content for readability, engagement, SEO, and GEO performance
- Select or coordinate images and visuals that support content goals and brand standards
- Collaborate with agency team members and clients to gather input, manage revisions, communicate updates, and keep projects on track across multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced remote environment
- Learn new industries, client subject matter, and brand voices quickly
Qualifications
- 4 to 6 years of experience in social media, content creation, website content, or digital marketing, ideally in an agency setting
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with comfort using AI tools for research, brainstorming, and grammar review, without relying on AI to generate written content
- Strong ability to adapt tone, messaging, and structure for B2B clients and professional audiences
- Experience writing for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other relevant social platforms, including content optimization by platform
- Experience with social media planning and scheduling tools such as Planable or similar platforms
- Familiarity with SEO and GEO content optimization
- Experience reviewing content or social media performance metrics and applying insights to improve future content
- Familiarity with Canva
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work remotely, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with internal team members and clients
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to learn new industries and client subject matter quickly
