We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Facility Management for a well-established, growing company. The ideal candidate for the Senior Director of Facility Management role will oversee all aspects of facility operations, including infrastructure and renovation projects, while maintaining service excellence standards and ensuring regulatory compliance.
Senior Director of Facility Management Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- BA Degree with 15 years of progressive, relevant combined experience, with a combination of higher education
- Background in senior living or healthcare
- Provide strategic oversight of all facility infrastructure, including building and grounds maintenance, environmental services, security operations, and fire/life safety systems
- Lead campus-wide renovation and improvement projects, including common areas, residential units, and seven-year refresh programs
- Manage departmental and capital budgets, vendor contracts, and cost optimization initiatives while partnering closely with finance
- Develop and implement long-term strategic plans, sustainability initiatives, and infrastructure improvement strategies
- Ensure full regulatory compliance, safety standards, emergency preparedness, and operational excellence across the campus
- Build, lead, and develop high-performing facilities teams, including hiring, performance management, and succession planning
- Foster strong partnerships with senior leadership, residents, Resident Council, vendors, and the Board of Directors
- Drive continuous improvement, service excellence, and data-driven decision-making to enhance resident experience
Senior Director of Facility Management Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary range of $120K – $140K, based on experience
