Jr. Paid Media Specialist
We’re looking for a Jr. Paid Media Specialist to support our marketing team in building, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns for 100+ shows each month. You’ll work closely with our Social Media and Marketing teams to drive ticket sales, reach new audiences, and help shape the fan experience across multiple platforms. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York City.
Responsibilities
- Build and launch campaigns for all upcoming shows in Meta Ads Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions based on ROAS, CTR, CPR, and other key metrics.
- Maintain ads across social platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google.
- Test, analyze, and iterate on ad creative, copy, and targeting to maximize performance.
- Collaborate with the social team to brainstorm, create. and edit creatives using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar platforms.
- Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize pixels and other ticketing sources to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Stay up-to-date with paid media trends and recommend strategies to stay ahead in the event and entertainment space.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of work experience in data entry and digital advertising (internships count).
- Previous ad experience preferred but not required.
- A unique perspective on paid media in music, nightlife, and entertainment.
- Passion for music, pop culture, and live events (bonus if you love emo, disco, Broadway, or indie).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment and learning new tools quickly.

- Compensation: $21 – $24 per hour commensurate with experience with discretionary bonuses
