The Role:
We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator to work directly under our Senior Marketing Manager, supporting the team in creating and delivering creative content for 100+ shows each month alongside our current Social Media Coordinator. This role is detail-oriented and results-driven: your work will directly impact ticket sales and fan experience across our international tours. You’ll play an important part in keeping our marketing operations running smoothly day-to-day.
Responsibilities:
- Pitch and develop creative video concepts designed for virality.
- Film and edit short-form content with humor, personality, and cultural awareness.
- Appear on camera and bring energy to the content when needed.
- Search and adapt content from our show archive into viral-ready videos.
- Spot and jump on trends quickly, tailoring them to our brands.
- Provide quick-turnaround posts around events, shows, or trending topics.
- Collaborate with the team to plan content calendars around big moments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience growing a TikTok or Instagram account (personal, agency, or brand).
- Strong on-camera presence and confidence in filming self-led content.
- Ability to create a high volume of viral ready posts in a short period of time.
- A track record of creative, funny ideas that resonate online.
- Basic editing skills (phone editing apps, CapCut, Canva, or similar).
- Passion for music, nightlife, and pop culture (bonus if you love emo, disco, Broadway, or indie).
- Organized, proactive, and able to turn ideas into content quickly.
