Lead Technical Recruiter Requirements & Qualifications:
- Min. 4 years IT recruiting experience in an IT staffing agency environment.
- Strong knowledge of the Financial Services Sector
- Highly earnings motivated
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of urgency
- Must be willing to work in NYC (midtown near Grand Central) 3x per week
Lead Technical Recruiter Preferred Background & Skills:
- IT Staffing Agency experience
- Experience recruiting for financial services clients
- Knowledge of Technical and Functional roles within the Financial services sector.
