We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a high-volume, upscale dining environment in Boston. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily front-of-house operations in a fast-paced setting
- Ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction
- Train, mentor, and develop team members
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and labor controls
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Support overall restaurant performance and sales goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4+ years of Restaurant Manager or AGM experience
- Background in high-volume, upscale or polished casual dining
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on, floor-driven leadership style
