Senior Employment Attorney (Wage & Hour Class Action)
Our well-respected client is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Attorney to join their growing litigation team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on impactful, high-stakes wage and hour class action matters that influence employment law across California.

Senior Employment Attorney Requirements & Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in California
• 5–10 years of civil litigation experience, with a focus on wage and hour, class action, or PAGA claims
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage discovery, conduct depositions, and handle motion practice in complex litigation
• Advanced legal writing and research skills, including drafting dispositive motions, briefs, and appellate-level documents
• Proven ability to manage multiple active cases, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Senior Employment Attorney Preferred Background & Skills:
• Experience in plaintiff-side employment litigation or transition from defense with relevant case exposure
• Strong knowledge of California labor laws, class action procedures, and a proactive, collaborative approach with a passion for employee advocacy
