A highly respected, full-service accounting and advisory firm is seeking a polished and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support its growing team. Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, schedule client meetings, and coordinate internal team availability
- Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and client communications
- Prepare, format, and proofread reports, financial documents, and client deliverables
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems, including sensitive financial data
- Assist with engagement setup, document tracking, and workflow coordination
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and firm events across multiple offices
- Support onboarding of new clients and assist with client portal/document management
- Order office supplies and support general office operations
- Assist partners and senior staff with special projects and administrative needs

Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience, ideally within accounting, legal, or professional services
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment
- Professional demeanor with strong client-facing skills
