Director of Global Sales and Marketing Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the electronics industry.
- Proven track record managing sales with annual performance of $50+ million.
- Strong understanding of technical products and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams and customers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in current business software and technology, including ERP and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated success in managing international sales operations and achieving revenue goals.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (30–50%).
Director of Global Sales and Marketing Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy aligned with corporate goals and growth targets.
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across multiple industries and regions.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a global team of inside and outside Sales Professionals, including Customer Service and RMA functions.
- Oversee CRM implementation and utilization to manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and customer data.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective project execution.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor sales effectiveness and identify areas for growth.
