- Manage all Front and Back of the house day-to-day operations
- Preserve excellent levels of customer service
- Manage staff in all aspects: including recruiting, training, schedules, payroll, staff complaints, and performance improvement procedures
- Assess staff performance, conduct appraisals, and strategize for improving staff performance
- Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers and guests
- Ensures that the health and safety policy (I.e., workers’ comp procedures and allergy procedures) is adhered to
- Implement, monitor, adhere to, and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and standards where local, state, and federal laws are applicable
- Responsible for the profit goals of the operation
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all their concerns
- Lead their teams: recruiting, training, and follow-up
- Provide open-door communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis on motivation and teamwork
- Reporting of sales results and productivity to the company management
- Analyzes financial statements for the operations (income and expenses) relative to budgeted goals and takes corrective measures as necessary
- Performs other duties as assigned
