Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensure every guest receives only the absolute best food and service in a polished and sparkling clean atmosphere
- Keep a consistent focus on training and growth and a relentless passion for quality
- Lead daily shift meetings to ensure the whole team understands the vision and direction for the day
- Be passionate to deliver beyond what is expected
Restaurant Service Manager Qualifications:
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment — always on the go
- 2-3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role in Full-Service Dining
- A passion for loving the guest, hospitality-focused
- Preference for no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
- An understanding of the business of food service and the ability to speak clearly about your P&L
- A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
