Culinary Director Opportunity | Iconic NYC Dining Destination
I’m currently partnering with one of New York City’s most recognized, high-profile dining destinations to identify a Culinary Director who can lead at the highest level of execution, creativity, and operational excellence.
This is a rare opportunity to take the reins of a polished, luxury-driven concept known for its consistency, elevated American cuisine, and impeccable guest experience. We’re seeking a leader who thrives in a refined, fast-paced environment and understands how to balance creativity with discipline.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic culinary leadership across all kitchen operations
- Maintain and elevate an already established, high-end culinary program
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large, high-performing BOH team
- Partner closely with ownership and senior leadership on menu evolution and brand standards
- Ensure excellence in quality, consistency, food cost control, and execution
- Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Corporate Chef, or Culinary Director in an upscale or luxury environment
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop teams
- Deep understanding of high-volume, high-touch service standards
- Financial acumen with experience managing food/labor costs
- A polished, detail-oriented approach with a passion for excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Up to $150,000
- Bonus: 20% performance-based
