Director of Operations Job Description:
- Experience overseeing 20-plus full service upscale units
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team on short-term and long-term decisions
- Institute training programs to continually elevate leadership at the store level
- Attract high-caliber talent and retain employees
- Develop and review budgets
- Enforce and elevate company standards in regard to food, service, and sanitation
- Conflict management – deals with problems head-on and makes the best decision in alignment with the company culture
Director of Operations Job Requirements:
- Similar experience with multi-unit, upscale-casual brands
- Familiar with the Southeast market
- Strong Financial acumen
- A Mix of Corporate & Independent Restaurant group backgrounds
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Exceptional people skills – people-focused
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
