About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a rapidly growing, multi-entity organization seeking a Vice President of FP&A to serve as a key strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team.
This is a high-impact role for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys translating data into actionable insights that drive business performance. You’ll play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, improving visibility across the organization, and supporting executive decision-making at the highest level.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the company’s annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
- Own management reporting, KPI frameworks, and executive dashboards
- Partner closely with the CFO and leadership team to provide financial insights and scenario analysis
- Drive cross-functional operating reviews across revenue, cost, R&D, and operations
- Analyze variances, identify risks/opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
- Support board and investor reporting, including preparation of executive-level materials
- Collaborate with Accounting to ensure alignment between forecasts and actuals
- Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, including systems, processes, and tools
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects as the business scales
What We’re Looking For
- 12+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance
- Proven experience partnering with a CFO and executive leadership team
- Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, KPI development, and performance management
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, executive-level insights
- Experience in multi-entity and/or high-growth environments
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting board-level and investor reporting
- Background in technology, services, manufacturing, or related industries
- Track record of building and scaling FP&A teams and processes
