IT Help Desk Specialist Requirements & Qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean and English.
- Proven experience as an IT Help Desk Support or similar technical support role.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician are a plus.
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
IT Help Desk Specialist Preferred Background & Skills
- Bilingual fluency in Korean and English.
IT Help Desk Specialist Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Respond to and resolve user support requests via phone, email, or remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Provide clear, effective technical assistance to end-users.
- Document support requests and solutions in the help desk system.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and software.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to enhance user support and system reliability.
