Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Legal Office Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Order, track, and restock office supplies
- Prepare the office for visitors, meetings, and internal use
- Maintain overall office organization and cleanliness
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Legal Office Qualifications
- Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills (phone and in-person)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Dependable and consistent availability
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook required; Excel & PowerPoint preferred)
- NetDocuments (document management preferred)
- Legal calendaring systems experience preferred
