Director of Operations – Multi-Unit Hospitality Group
An exciting opportunity to join a growing, dynamic hospitality group as a Director of Operations, overseeing multiple unique concepts with a strong focus on operational excellence, team development, and guest experience.
This role will directly manage a high-profile, high-volume flagship property while also providing strategic oversight and support to two additional locations. The ideal candidate is both a hands-on operator and a big-picture thinker—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to build systems, develop leaders, and drive consistent performance across multiple units.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide day-to-day leadership for a flagship, high-volume concept
- Oversee operations and performance of two additional properties
- Build, mentor, and develop strong management teams across all locations
- Drive financial performance, including P&L management, cost controls, and revenue growth
- Ensure consistency in service standards, brand execution, and guest experience
- Partner with ownership and senior leadership on strategic initiatives and expansion
- Implement and refine systems, processes, and operational efficiencies
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Director of Operations or multi-unit leader in hospitality
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of improving profitability
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and hold teams accountable
- Experience overseeing high-volume, complex operations
- Passion for hospitality, culture-building, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Ability to balance strategic oversight with in-the-weeds execution
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $145,000 – $150,000
- 20% performance bonus
