Marketing & Design Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in social media management, content creation, or brand marketing
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere)
- Proven ability to direct both photo and video shoots
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and print design—candidates must submit relevant work samples
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, food, or lifestyle industries
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaigns
- Willingness to travel to local restaurant locations as needed
- Strong communication skills for effective cross-functional teamwork
Marketing & Design Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Own daily content and community management for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, consistently publishing new posts and responding to engagement
- Direct in-person photo and video shoots; manage relationships with vendors, photographers, and artists
- Develop and execute brand-aligned content calendars and email campaigns
- Analyze and report weekly on social media and campaign performance
- Support restaurant locations with local promotions, events, and marketing initiatives
- Manage social media advertising budgets and help implement new systems and tools
