Chef de Cuisine – Upscale Dining | Seattle, WA
We’re partnering with a highly regarded upscale dining concept in Seattle to find a talented Chef de Cuisine to lead the kitchen. This is a hands-on role where you’ll oversee all back-of-house operations, maintain high culinary standards, and drive performance while developing and inspiring your team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead all daily kitchen operations, including prep, line, and plating
- Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing culinary team
- Manage kitchen costs, including food, labor, and inventory
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership for seamless guest experiences
- Innovate and execute menus, daily specials, and seasonal offerings
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in upscale or high-volume concepts
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Hands-on operator with excellent organizational and operational abilities
- Creative culinary vision paired with consistent execution
- Comfortable managing P&L and operational metrics
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary up to $95K
- 10% attainable bonus
