Benefits and Compensation:
- Base pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Tiered commission structure:
- 3% on contracts up to $50,000
- 4% on contracts from $50,001 – $150,000
- 5% on contracts over $150,000
- Residual commissions:
- 2% on first-year renewals
- 1% on second-year renewals

Requirements & Qualifications:
- Prior sales experience preferred (B2B, staffing, security, or service-based industries highly desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and in-person prospecting
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to manage time independently and prioritize effectively
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Must Haves:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial properties, events, and organizations
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess client needs and recommend tailored security solutions
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects through consistent outreach activity
- Deliver compelling proposals and confidently negotiate service agreements
- Track and manage all sales activities, leads, and closed deals within CRM systems
- Coordinate seamless client transitions to internal operations after closing
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience selling contract-based or recurring service solutions
- Existing network within property management, event planning, or commercial business sectors
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
- Ability to quickly build trust and credibility with decision-makers
- Experience working in a performance-based or commission-driven environment
