By leveraging a worldwide network of certified manufacturing partners, they provide top-tier raw ingredients, bulk formulation services, and custom premixes that help brands meet rising consumer expectations for quality and transparency.
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager with deep experience in the nutritional ingredients space to drive our next phase of growth. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to supplement brands, manufacturers, and distributors. You will leverage your existing industry relationships and market knowledge to connect the right ingredients with the right products, playing a critical role in expanding our footprint across the U.S. market.
Sales Manager Job Responsibilities
- New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and secure new clients, including supplement brands, functional food manufacturers, and distributors across the United States.
- Strategic Account Management: Cultivate and expand relationships with existing clients, acting as a trusted partner to understand their formulation challenges and position our ingredients as the optimal solution.
- Sales Execution: Develop and implement a strategic territory plan to build a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve or exceed ambitious revenue targets.
- Market Intelligence: Utilize deep knowledge of raw material sourcing, pricing trends, and market dynamics—specifically regarding vitamins, marine nutrition, natural colorants, and specialty ingredients—to advise clients and identify emerging opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal supply chain, operations, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless logistics, rigorous compliance (GMP, FSMA, Kosher, Halal), and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Industry Engagement: Represent the company at key industry trade shows, conduct client site visits, and attend networking events (travel estimated at up to 30%, or roughly 6 days per month) to build brand awareness.
Sales Manager Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: Competitive base pay ranging from $100,000 to $140,000 , commensurate with experience and industry expertise.
- Uncapped Commission: Earn 1% to 2% uncapped commission on sales, paid out monthly to ensure you see the rewards of your efforts immediately.
- Profit Sharing: In addition to base salary and commission, successful candidates will be eligible for our profit-sharing program , allowing you to directly benefit from the company's overall success.
