Our client is looking for a new Hotel General Manager for their full-service hotel with an award-winning restaurant!
General Manager Requirements:
- 4-6 years of prior General Manager experience in a full-service hotel
- Hands-on, servant leader
- Able to handle and engage with guests and the community
- Previous sales experience preferred
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Full P&L responsibility, budgeting, and forecasting
- Handling all guest issues
- Ensure a safe and fun working environment for all
- Hiring, training, and developing a robust and cohesive team
General Manager Benefits:
