Domestic Sales Representative – Medical Diagnostics (Central Region)
📍 Remote (Must reside in Central U.S. – Houston, TX preferred)
💰 Base Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + Commission (uncapped earning potential)

We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Domestic Sales Representative to join a growing organization in the medical diagnostics space. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on building new business, driving growth, and developing long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business development through cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation
- Qualify and convert leads from tradeshows, inbound inquiries, and site visits
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and account growth
- Build strong relationships with lab managers, clinicians, and technical stakeholders
- Educate clients on diagnostic products and applications, including technical discussions
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reporting in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot)
- Collaborate with internal teams including technical specialists, customer service, and marketing
- Represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and on-site client visits
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in medical device, diagnostic, or healthcare sales strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals
- Comfortable with cold outreach and proactive prospecting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in technical conversations
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or similar systems
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business or Life Sciences a plus)
