We are seeking a Med Spa General Manager to open our new med sps, oversee day-to-day operations, drive team performance, and take full ownership of the spa’s financial outcomes. This is a key leadership role for someone who thrives in both clinical and business environments — balancing operational excellence with exceptional patient experience.
Med Spa General Manager Requirements & Qualification:
- Oversee and support a multidisciplinary team including injectors, aestheticians, and front desk staff
- Manage scheduling, performance reviews, staff development, and ongoing training initiatives
- Collaborate with ownership to evaluate current service offerings and recommend new treatments, technologies, and protocols
- Monitor KPIs, manage inventory and vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards
- Take full responsibility for the P&L — including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control
Med Spa General Manager Preferred Backgroun and Skills:
- 2+ years of management experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury wellness environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and coach a high-performing team
- Deep understanding of the aesthetics industry, including treatment trends and patient expectations
- Business-savvy with proven experience managing budgets and driving revenue growth
- Highly organized, results-driven, and patient-focused
