We are seeking a highly sophisticated, proactive, and discreet Executive & Personal Operations Manager to serve as a trusted partner to senior leadership. This role sits at the intersection of business and personal operations, ensuring seamless execution across a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
This is not a traditional administrative role — it is a high-impact position designed for someone who operates with urgency, precision, and sound judgment. You will function as an extension of the executive, enabling focus on strategic priorities while ensuring day-to-day responsibilities are flawlessly managed.
Executive Operations
- Manage complex and ever-evolving calendars, priorities, and commitments
- Coordinate high-level travel, logistics, and itineraries with precision
- Prepare executives for meetings through detailed briefings, materials, and follow-ups
- Act as a key liaison across internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- Draft, refine, and manage professional communications on behalf of leadership
- Ensure alignment and execution on key initiatives and action items
Personal Operations
- Oversee personal scheduling, appointments, and logistics with discretion
- Coordinate travel, reservations, and lifestyle management needs
- Manage vendors, service providers, and household-related operations
- Execute time-sensitive errands and in-person responsibilities as needed
- Handle sensitive matters with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Operational & Strategic Support
- Streamline processes and improve day-to-day efficiency for leadership
- Manage expenses, reporting, and administrative workflows
- Support special projects, research, and cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain organization across digital systems, documents, and communications
- Act as a gatekeeper and prioritization partner to maximize executive productivity
Executive & Operations Coordinator Qualifications
- 5+ years supporting C-level or senior executives in a high-performance environment
- Proven ability to manage both professional and personal responsibilities seamlessly
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly self-directed with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
- Based in the Atlanta metro area with flexibility for occasional in-person support
