We are seeking a fashion-forward Store Manager to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performing sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a retail leader with contemporary or luxury fashion experience who excels at merchandising, community engagement, and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of store operations, sales performance, and team development
- Deliver outstanding customer service and brand education to build loyalty and repeat business
- Drive revenue by tracking KPIs such as sales, conversion, and average transaction value
- Oversee visual merchandising, window displays, and seasonal product presentation
- Recruit, train, coach, and schedule store associates for optimal performance
- Plan and promote in-store events and community partnerships to increase store traffic
- Support social media marketing and digital brand storytelling initiatives
- Manage inventory, shipments, stock organization, and cash handling procedures
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety standards, and company policy compliance
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of retail management experience (contemporary or luxury preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship-building skills
- Experience with visual merchandising, sales analysis, and KPI reporting
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic computer programs
