**This is a client facing role with the ability to work out of home office remotely for an experienced and L&H licensed Employee Benefits Professional**
Employee Benefits Account Executive Responsibilities
- Drive new business opportunities and meet sales targets
- Build, service, and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries, including banking, manufacturing, restaurants, and retail
- Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Actively network within the community to generate leads and expand the client base
- Manage both cold and warm leads to develop a robust sales pipeline
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Life & Health (L&H) license required
- Experience: 3-5 years Employee Benefits Experience servicing/selling to mid-sized groups.
- Soft Skills: Strong character, ethical mindset, cultural alignment with the organization, and a growth-oriented attitude
- Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings and relationship-building activities
