Help Wanted: Front-of-House Manager – $85K + $20K Bonus | Atlanta (Buckhead)
An iconic Atlanta dining institution is looking for a high-impact Front-of-House Manager to help lead a $10M+ high-volume restaurant in Buckhead. This is a serious operation that demands a leader who can drive results, command the floor, and execute at a high level every day.
We’re not looking for average—we want a do-it-right, no-shortcuts operator who leads from the front and sets the tone for the entire team.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and own all front-of-house operations in a $10M+ restaurant
- Drive exceptional guest experiences while maintaining speed, precision, and consistency
- Lead from the floor—coach, develop, and hold your team accountable
- Partner closely with BOH leadership—must understand kitchen operations and flow
- Manage labor, service execution, and shift performance at a high level
- Maintain standards across service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience
- Use data and P&L insight to drive operational improvements
What You Bring:
- 4+ years of management experience in a full-service, scratch kitchen restaurant
- Experience in high-volume operations ($10M preferred)
- Kitchen experience is required—you understand BOH execution and can bridge FOH/BOH
- Proven P&L accountability and ability to impact financial performance
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to run shifts (prep, production, QA, execution)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in systems and reporting (Excel, POS, etc.)
- Spanish is a plus
