What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and hold your FOH team accountable to high standards
- Drive exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues in real time
- Own daily operations—service execution, staffing, and floor leadership
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational standards
- Partner with BOH to ensure seamless execution from kitchen to table
What You Bring:
- 1–3 years of recent management experience in upscale full-service dining
- Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits
- Proven ability to lead teams and perform under pressure
- High energy, hands-on leadership style
- Passion for hospitality and delivering a best-in-class guest experience
