Responsibilities:
- Manage all daily operations, emphasizing exceptional service, food and beverage quality, and team performance
- Coordinate catering services and events, both onsite and offsite
- Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, payroll management, inventory, and cash control
- Maintain rigorous standards for safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
- Implement effective staff training programs and operational standards
- Provide hands-on leadership during busy service periods to support and mentor the team
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of General Management experience in full-service, upscale casual dining
- Successful track record in restaurant openings and operations
- Strong financial acumen, budgeting, and P&L management skills
- Proficiency with restaurant technology, including POS, scheduling, and reporting systems
- Exceptional leadership skills, integrity, and dedication to an inclusive and positive team environment
