We are looking for a collaborative and driven Project Manager with experience in structural steel construction to join our growing team. This role involves managing multiple commercial projects while coordinating with clients, engineers, fabricators, and detailing teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.

Structural Steel Construction Project Manager Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver structural steel construction projects according to client specifications, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with fabricators, engineers, and detailing teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency
- Manage project schedules and identify potential delays or conflicts
- Oversee preparation and submission of shop drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Lead or participate in progress meetings, BIM coordination meetings, and project coordination meetings
- Review structural drawings and blueprints to ensure detailing and fabrication meet specifications
- Maintain strong communication with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
Structural Steel Construction Project Manager Requirements
- 2+ years of project management experience (salary range based on experience)
- Experience in structural steel construction required
- Strong understanding of steel detailing and fabrication processes
- Experience managing RFIs, change orders, and project coordination
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and blueprints
- Experience managing multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused with a proactive, “do what it takes” attitude
