Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing culinary team
- Develop and execute seasonal menus with a focus on quality, creativity, and consistency
- Maintain top-tier kitchen operations, including inventory, costing, and vendor relationships
- Uphold health, sanitation, and safety standards at all times
- Foster a culture of respect, discipline, and growth within the kitchen
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant culinary management experience in an Italian fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred, experience in high volume a plus
- Deep understanding of seasonal ingredients, plating aesthetics, and kitchen management
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual.
- Demonstrates drive to provide exceptional guest service.
- Open availability
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
