Seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Producer to play a key role in driving success. Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and building strong relationships with potential clients in the commercial insurance market.
- Assess client needs to provide recommendations and custom insurance solutions that align with their business goals.
- Maintain and service existing accounts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction through regular communication and prompt issue resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and customer support, to provide innovative and comprehensive coverage options.
- Monitor market trends, industry regulations, and changes in insurance products to keep clients informed and ensure compliance.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes to clients in a professional and engaging manner.
- Achieve or surpass individual and team sales targets within established deadlines.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer, Commercial Lines Account Manager, or in a similar client-facing sales role within the insurance sector.
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.
- Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and risk assessment principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools and technology.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Willingness to participate in professional development and ongoing education to stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in the insurance industry.
