Are you a creative and experienced landscape professional who loves designing, selling, and bringing outdoor spaces to life? We are seeking a Senior Landscape Designer to lead the design, sale, and execution of residential and commercial projects. This role combines innovative design, client relationship management, and project leadership, giving you the opportunity to shape beautiful landscapes while managing budgets, timelines, and teams.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, including site plans, 3D renderings, and detailed specifications
- Present and sell landscape designs to clients, providing solutions that enhance property value and aesthetics
- Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure flawless execution
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, keeping resources and schedules on track
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring excellent communication, service, and satisfaction
- Mentor junior designers and support the growth of the design team
- Stay current on landscape trends, sustainable practices, and industry best practices
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a landscape designer with a portfolio of residential and commercial projects
- Demonstrated ability to sell designs and manage client relationships
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating teams
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Knowledge of plants, hardscape materials, irrigation systems, and sustainable practices
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
