A growing precision manufacturer is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support site level HR functions, partner with a developing leadership team, and strengthen culture and processes in a fast paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands on role with strong visibility and impact.
HR Generalist – What You Will Do
- Support full cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and partnership with agency vendors
- Handle day to day HR activities including employee relations, policy administration, benefits support, leave tracking, and personnel documentation
- Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and internal standards
- Support talent development, engagement, and retention efforts across the site
- Help coordinate performance review processes and support supervisors with coaching and documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR regulations, and internal policies
- Maintain HR records and provide reporting support to leadership
- Promote a positive workplace environment and support leadership with day to day HR needs
- Contribute to HR related QMS activities and support continuous improvement
HR Generalist – What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred
- 3 to 5 years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience supporting full cycle recruiting and talent acquisition
- Strong understanding of employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices
- Experience with HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and HR recordkeeping
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Hands on approach and comfort working in a shop floor environment
- Stable work history with limited job hopping
