Private Chef is needed for a private family / estate in the Detroit / Birmingham area. This position is mainly a Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm position (with weekends, holidays and nights during various times in the year).

Private Chef Responsibility:
· Meal planning, grocery shopping and preparations/cook of all meals while maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.
· Source and order high-quality ingredients, keeping track of inventory and ensuring freshness.
· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Assist with managing inventory of food and beverages throughout all properties.
· Ability to adapt to new techniques, recipes, client preferences and requests. Lead others when needed.
Private Chef Requirements:
· Must have a good understanding of various cuisines, ingredients, and cooking techniques. We are looking for previous experience working with Private Residential Clients and (UHNW Clients) Candidates should also have a good understanding of butchery, baking and pasta making skills. Fine Dining experience is required.
· Capable to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.
· Willingness to work flexible hours when needed, sometimes including weekends, nights and holidays.
· Good verbal communication skills with the ability to follow instructions and relay information effectively. Leadership skills.
· Reliable personal transportation is required.
