A luxury hotel is seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee a thriving breakfast and lunch operation with personalized service in a refined hospitality environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front and understands how to create memorable guest experiences while driving strong operational performance.
What You’ll Do
• Lead daily operations for busy upscale cafe and coffee bar
• Coach, develop, and schedule a high-performing service team
• Maintain elevated service standards and guest satisfaction
• Manage labor, inventory, and beverage programs
• Ensure a polished, welcoming atmosphere that reflects a luxury guest experience
What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of Food & Beverage leadership in a high-volume cafe environment
• Strong floor presence and service leadership skills
• Coffee and Barista knowledge preferred
• Experience managing teams, scheduling, and service standards
• Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
