We are seeking an experienced, hands-on, and detail-oriented Controller to join our team at a Manhattan Restaurant Group. This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial operations of a multi-unit restaurant group, where accuracy, strategic insight, and operational collaboration are at the core of everything we do. Controller Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary: $135,000–$150,000

Controller Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Accounting Manager or Controller, ideally in multi-unit restaurants
- Hands-on experience leading full month-end close independently
- CPA preferred or in process
- Experience with Restaurant365 (R365) accounting software and Toast POS system
- Oversight of consolidated financials, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple locations
- Strong understanding of COGS, inventory management, and vendor oversight
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrated skill in leading and developing direct reports (2–3 staff)
- Flexible and adaptable to ongoing operational changes
Controller Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience in multi-unit restaurant groups or hospitality operations
- Expertise in financial modeling and forecasting for growth planning
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Strong collaboration with both operations and executive management teams to support seamless business performance
- Creative problem-solving and organizational skills
