Integrated Marketing Supervisor – Benefits & Compensation:

Integrated Marketing Supervisor – Responsibilities:
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and retail traffic
- Manage marketing projects from concept through final execution
- Supervise designers, photographers, and marketing interns
- Maintain brand standards and creative direction across campaigns
- Manage the annual marketing calendar and campaign timelines
- Collaborate with merchandising, sales, and leadership teams
- Oversee digital marketing channels including website and paid digital advertising
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance
- Conduct showroom visits to evaluate in-store marketing execution
Integrated Marketing Supervisor – Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Merchandising, or Business
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- 3+ years managing direct reports
- Experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms, and project management software
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to balance creative vision with strategic marketing goals
