General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
- +3 years as a General Manager in a full-service or upscale, fast casual restaurant
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Experience with P&L, budgeting, scheduling, and financial performance management
- Expertise in ordering and inventory practices
- Ability to motivate and coach staff in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a full-time schedule, including weekends
- Drive a positive work culture that supports employee engagement and high performance
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
- Passion for delivering outstanding guest service
