EXECUTIVE SOUS CHEF – MICHELIN-LEVEL FINE DINING | CHATTANOOGA, TN
This is not a job for an average chef.
We are building a world-class culinary program and need a driven, disciplined Executive Sous Chef who thrives in intense kitchens where standards are high, details matter, and every plate must be perfect.
If you come from Michelin-level, James Beard-caliber, or elite fine dining kitchens and want to be part of a team pushing the limits of culinary excellence, this is your opportunity.
You’ll work directly with an acclaimed Executive Chef, leading a high-performance brigade while helping execute a technique-driven menu designed to compete with the best restaurants in the country.
Compensation & Benefits
- $110K–$115K base salary

What We Need
- 3–5+ years in elite fine dining kitchens
- Experience in Michelin-starred, Michelin-aspiring, or James Beard-level restaurants strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead, train, and hold a culinary team accountable
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, kitchen systems, ordering, and inventory
- Deep understanding of seasonal menus, technique-driven cuisine, and modern plating
- Culinary degree preferred
