A growing multi-unit quick service restaurant group is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead brand development and marketing execution. This role will help scale an established concept while supporting the launch of new brands, combining strategic brand thinking with hands-on campaign execution across digital, social, and in-store channels.
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive base salary: $75,000 – $90,000
- Annual performance-based bonus

Requirements and Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or consumer brand marketing.
- Proven success developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of social media growth and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Preferred Background and Skills
- Experience with restaurant, hospitality, or consumer-facing brands.
- Background scaling an existing concept or supporting brand launches.
- Familiarity with digital acquisition, paid media, and loyalty marketing.
- Bonus: Photography or videography skills for content creation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across in-store, digital, and social channels.
- Lead social media strategy and content development to drive engagement and revenue.
- Plan menu launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.
- Track campaign performance and analyze KPIs to optimize marketing results.
