Licensed Barber Wanted

Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of barbering services, including haircuts, beard trims, shaves, and styling, while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide personalized consultations to understand client preferences and suggest appropriate hairstyles and grooming techniques.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and products in the barbering industry to deliver modern and innovative services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, sterilize tools, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements:
- Valid barbering license issued by the Ohio State Licensing Board.
- Proven experience as a licensed barber, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in diverse hair textures and styles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of current trends and techniques in men's grooming and styling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to accommodate multiple walk-in clients.
